How I use client transformations to get...more clients.

Want to know my favourite way to get more clients?

Show people how you've transformed your current or past clients.

Really bloody simple.

But people are still scared to talk about their client's results because it feels "selly".

It doesn't have to be like that.

Take this post for example.

I posted this about a year ago because I wanted to show other Agency CEOs the results I was getting for an Agency CEO I was Ghostwriting for at the time.

I started off the post by saying:

"Here's what it was like before they started working with me:"

Then moved into saying:

"Here's what it was like after they started working with me:"

And then I finished the post by asking if anyone would like to work with me to help them get the same result.

Does it look "selly" to you?

I simply present the facts and ask the reader if they like it.

Try it out today:

Show your audience how you transformed a current or past client.

And ask them if they want help doing the same.

Cheers,

Matt Barker

Yesterday I showed you just how powerful and game changing building a LinkedIn audience has been for my one person copywriting business AND for my personal development. If you're a solopreneur or one person agency, wondering how you can grow your business and make more money, building a LinkedIn audience would be my suggestion (and is exactly what I did to grow my business to over $600k revenue and drive over $2M for clients). With a LinkedIn audience, your life becomes a hell of a lot easier...

If there’s one thing I see on LinkedIn that gives me an instant ick, it’s “experts” telling beginner creators not to schedule posts. Here’s why it annoys me: The biggest challenge for beginner creators isn’t figuring out the perfect time to post or chasing algorithms. It’s staying consistent. But these so-called experts are advising against one of the most effective tools for building consistency: scheduling posts. I'm gonna say this once and only once... (alright, probably will say this...

I haven't messaged you in a few days. Because we had a friend here from England visiting so we were busy having fun and relaxing. That and more important things took over. You know, life :) But the last time I did message you I was harping on about how great short text posts are and how much fun I'm having writing them lately. And while that is true... I was lying to you all week. There's actually a sad truth behind short text posts that I haven't exposed to you because I've been spending my...
